Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 30% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a fee may apply. Some services require a non-refundable deposit, which will go toward your service total. Clients with repeated no-shows or late cancellations may be required to prepay for future appointments. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
